Everyone is telling me to lift. Are there any benefits to it? I am skinny and 5'6 and I don't care about girls. I also want to become fighter pilot. Will getting fit help me to withstand g-force?

You cannot become a fighter pilot in any modern military without a degree from a halfway decent college or university and there are literally thousands of people better than you competing for that job.

Do lift weights.

I used to be 5'6" until I started lifting at age 22.

2 years later I am now a solid 5'7" so most people no longer mistake me for being a 6th grader, some of them even think I might be a high schooler now.

My buddy is a fighter pilot. He even got a slot from ROTC, rather than the Academy. Lucky dude, desu. Makes me wish I hadn't dropped out of ROTC and pursued a Master's.

The most common workout routine I've seen among active soldiers is one based on compound exercises that basically goes
Low rep upper body/low rep lower body/x/high rep lower body/high rep lower body/x/x
Where they alternate between powerlifting type routines and calisthenics. For cardio I usually see something like twice a week sprinting and once a week distance running.
