interval training, you fuck. if you dont have a powermeter, get a heart monitor and measure your max rate. then, go 2 mins at 90% max hr followed by 3 min slow rolling.

i guarantee that you will be done after 3-4 if you do it right and will get so much more out of this then rolling zone 2 for two hours.
