neck grows absurdly fast compared to other musces, its ridiculous how few people work it directly. lay on the bench with your head sticking beyond it, put a towel on yor forehead and a plate on it then curl. switch over so your lying on the back and do extensions. go for high as fuck rep ranges and to failure, 4-5 sets will take like 10 min tops.
