None of the classic 60's and 70's bodybuilders wer natty, but they used like a 10th of the amount of shit that today's pro bodybuilders used.

Back then they used the lower dose of steroids because it allows you to train heavier and more often and they were cautious of side effects because there was no way to combat sides back then.

Now they use fuck tons of steroids because fuck tons of steroids on their own will bloat and blow you up to look huge and there's all sorts Ned's and ancillaries to combat side effects.

I'm an oldfag that lifts like it's my religion and prefers using actual steroids as opposed to over the counter supplements that were studied and produced in someone's garage.

If you're not trying to look like Ronnie Coleman, 2mg of Anavar or Turinabol per day for 6 weeks is a great way to gain and keep a solid 5 to 10 pounds of muscle without even needing PCT, but everyone expects to morph into Captain America with each and every cycle so they layer steroid on top of steroid and then all of the extra drugs to combat the sides of taking too many steroids.
