Yesterday I went mountain climbing and thanks to my autism to not give up I spent the whole day to reach the top and back. Now I can barely walk. Do you have any advice on what can be done to "heal" faster? I plan on staying home all weekend anyway, can I expect results until Monday?
15mg of oxy helps me after leg day

Take an anti-inflammatory, and git gud for next time. Results? After 1 half day of walking up a mountain? nah. Do it over and over again for a year and you can expect results.

By results I mean being able to walk normally again, but getting huge legs.

Take some glutamine and some creatine, at least 5g of each. This should help alleviate lactic acid buildup.

Oh, no you'll be sore for a few days. Just let em heal and you'll be good. Monday should be okay, if not a little sore.

Cold showers. Shivering will make your muscles numb.

You need to exercise at least once a week or you will always feel this sore afterwards

That's silly. You are bastardizing the idea of an ice bath, which is what athletes actually use to mitigate soreness. Japanese scientists have proven that it limits muscle adaptation however.

If I had oxy lying around, I would not have any oxy lying around. That shit is addictive af.
