General recommendation is 500 cals under maintenance. It is really best to go by weight though--start at -500 calories, then adjust until you are losing 1-2 lbs a week.

Yea, you are losing weight about how you should be. Are you lifting too? It will help keep your metabolism up, and you'll look better when you do hit 13%~ body fat.

Go there and fill it out. Then subtract 500 from the result and that's what you should be eating to lose 1lb/week.
Only fatties should be eating at a large deficit of 1000+
Another thing to keep in mind is that once the weight is off you should not keep eating at the diets pace. You need to eat at maintenance.
