Sa dudes, I started using MyFitnessPal a couple a days ago, and I realized I'm overestimating how much protein I'm actually eating. How the fuck do you eat 200g a day without spending a fortune?
Anyways I'm looking for more fit recipes, I only have a few so if you guys could share some that'd be great.
