back on reg park for 1 month now after no exercise at all, 5'11 or so and 178lb (gained about 4lbs this last month bulking) 22
trying to go for 190 and cut for 180-185. I haven't been doing cardio at all. I just lift in hot AF room and sweat it out. Only reason I still put off cardio is I never made gains like this before despite doing the same routine + 5k runs on off days when i last was exercising regularly. Forget about bulking imo. You can skip cardio if it impacts your lifts. Honestly, just focus on the diet, try going 4 weeks below 1400 kcal /day on a 60/30/10 (carb/prot/fat). If you notice any difference at all keep at it, otherwise go even lower. I know people will say 1400 kcal is way too low, but I've been on extended sub 1200 diets without losing weight. As long as you have excess fat to shed you should be good.
