If you're doing the same amount of overall volume with similar or identical exercises, does it really matter what split you use? Whether you're training 3x a week and alternating ABA/BAB or just hitting up a bro split 5x a week, either way you get results so why do people fight over which is ideal? Pretty much every study seems to agree that overall volume is the most important thing.

>using whey or other supplements like creatine
Not sure if trolling. Creatine is one of the only supplements that's been proven to work. Will it work as good as steroids? Fuck no. But it does what it is supposed to do extremely well.
As for whey, it's just a food product and if you treat it as such, you won't be disappointed. It's not supposed to do anything remarkable. It's literally just protein. That's all it is but it's high quality protein.

All I did was ask a simple question about training splits. What the fuck is everyone's problem?
Holy shit all the unrelated bullshit was actually deleted. Nice work mods!
As for OP: I've always been of the mindset that the best workout is the one you do (assuming it has the appropriate amount of intensity and volume). People just like being superior by calling certain splits shitty.
