Hi /fit/ I've recently taken up jogging and have been using Saucony Jazz low pros as my sneakers of choice. Are these sneakers sustainable for
About 5-6 days a week? Any recommendations?

Brooks are a really good brand.

Thanks, I'll look into them.

New Balance fan here. If you're in the US, check out Joe's New Balance Outlet. They often have steals on great shoes.

Can't claim to have used saucony, so your judgement is as good as mine on that. But asics and Brooks are great for distance training. They hold up well over long miles, and have a fit for every kind of foot. Plus you can get an older model for cheap, and they're just as good as a $120 "new model". New balance and mizuno have also come a long way recently, they're not too shabby. Nike is hit or miss for their running shoes, only their super expensive ones are good and it's not worth it in my mind. Never liked adidas running shoes (apart from spikes). Have no experience with sketchers.

saucony are good. brooks are generally a good shoe. asics are alright, and a bit cheaper.

go to a running store and get your shit checked out. it's not a meme, everyone runs different.

I swear by my flyknit racers for race day, shaved 4 mins off my 10k. For training I use adizdro Adios boost and asics kayano 22
