High test
psychological: calm, focus, drive, control over emotions, confidence (as in resilient beliefe in your skills)
physical: bone structure, leverages (limb lengths, depends on the sport), muscle insertions, good immune system, strong tendons, great capacity for recovery, lung volume, symmetry (absolute symmetry doesnt exist, just look at your face)
Its hard to scientifically quantify since everyone's body is totally unique and so many variables go into it, its impossible to accurately quantify. Check out The Sports Gene, it goes into great detail about the effects of genetics and sports training on human athleticism
Commonly genetics is incorrectly thrown around here as something you cant change. While for most here that holds true, many here just had a fucked up development and simply didnt grow into the adults they could have become with perfect diet, upbringing, physical activity, training from an early age on. Dont blame your parents for shitty genes, but for not raising you properly

Longer forearms compared to upper arms create a mechanical disadvantage that make bigger biceps.
Short arms in relation to height makes benching more natural.
Same principle for squats as above, I guess.
