How do you breath when you run, through your mouth or your nose?
Inhale through nose, exhale through mouth.
Both. Just relax and it'll happen
through my balls

no thanks I like my joints

>even though humans survived and evolved for millions of years mostly by walking and running

In through nose out through mouth. If you can't do that yet slow down until you can.
If you do breath through your mouth take long breaths, in two steps, out one. Don't take short quick breaths in and out of your mouth like you are panting, it will cause a side stitch.

I ran track in high schooler - like everybody else is saying breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try to keep your pace near where you don't have to breath in through your mouth (that means you're pushing yourself harder than your body can take - runners gain endurance by pushing how far they can run withoit losing their breath, not completely exerting themselves).

There is no reason a human would run a long distances besides modern exercise. Maybe a message runner but most had horses and there were very few of them

Except for the fact that we evolved to be long distance runners?

>evolved
Long distance running has negative effects on your body. This has been proved by scientific studies. We didn't evolve at all. Also, have you even seen what long distance runners look like?

>running away from animals and each other
>running after prey and each other
You wouldn't exist if not for these two.

Are you a troll or do you just like saying incorrect things without taking 30 seconds to google it and make sure you're right?

Don't run 40 km like they do, and instead just do 5-10 km jogs in the morning like all the healthy human beings do?

The best is to breathe through your nose. Try to keep it that way for as long as possible
