A lot of people at my gym recommended it to me and told me it works really well if I exercise and eat good meals.
>>41968594
Yes, I have used it twice and I didn't notice any significant difference in fat loss
>>41969207
Oh so what do you recommend
>>41968577
yes it does you're a retard
>>41968441
it's not going to make a difference really if oyu're fat as fuck, it's more for people who already work out and shit trying to lose that last bit of fat

There is no scientific evidence that it will make you lose fat or increases fat metabolism in a noticeable way.
You are probably already getting enough CLAs via milk products.
The only thing it will make you lose is money. It is just a fatty acid that you easily get during normal eating.

If you want something for increased fat metabolism then get Green tea or coffeine. But it is very minor and mostly support the awakeness and performance during a cut which is pretty Important too. (200mg coffeine can burn like ~30 extra cals, so not really useful in that regard)
If you are already around 12% bf and want to get lower then you could try yohimbin HCL it target the more stubborn type of fat depots in the human body, especially if combined with some cardio.

I'm not fat, I just have a slightly inflated belly and sides/back etc. I've been lifting and doing cardio for nearly a year now.
