After thinking I needed to bulk like Lee Priest whilst doing half arsed workouts with too much isolation base I ballooned up to 150 lbs at 170, looked and felt like shit.

Today I hit 135 lbs which may seem skelly but I'm ready to start a beginners strength routine and focus on my diet. Feel incredibly happy
