Just try to close it as many times as you can, a few times a day.
Start with one that you can only just close for one rep at most, and keep using it until you can do it for 15 reps per hand.
They work really well if you're consistent with them.
Also keep it with you if you are prone to bad moods and/or anger, as doing it when angry is really good.
