What sort of forearm training (if at all) do you lackeys do, hypertrophy-wise...
put a bar on the cable machine and do standing wrist curls, upwards of 20 reps/3 sets your forearms feel monstrous after that

noob here, but i decided to jump right into forearm and neck training. i do hammer and wrist curls on upper body day, and dead holds+ shrugs on lower body day. neck i do almost every day i train, consisting of 3-4 sets each of extensions, curls, and side bends/rotations
