Rate my routine

3x10 lat raise
3x25 body weight dips
3x15 tri extension
3x10 bench
3x10 curls

Wed
3x12 squat
325 calf raise
3x10 chest flys
3x10 lat pull down
3x10 hanging leg raise

I also run everyday and work my abs Tues + Thurs

Skip the front raises and do rear delt flyes instead.
