do you guys think a keto diet and intermittent fasting is beneficial?
More like detrimental in every way
keto is great for getting into fat burning mode but for the long haul staying under 20g/day carbs is overkill imo
50-75 is the sweet
100 for maintenance
IF is god-tier. lifting during the 2000% hgh bump is the shit.
chuck in carb backloading once or twice a fortnight and you've got the GOAT eating plan senpai
Did you really need to make a new thread for this?

>he's not taking niacin while fasted for even more GH boosting
Lad, I'm questioning whether or not you're serious about making it.

It's for people with no self control who can't limit their carbs so they get rid of them completely.

At the end of the day you'll burn the same amount of bodyfat if your CI is the same .
This has to cause some kind of heart issue.
Eating upwards of 100g of fat, even though you burn it is still taxing on your liver and will still be sitting in your arteries.

It works for some people and not others.
This is why some retards on the Internet sat it's bullshit and other retards say they are doing it wrong.
I remember a study where 50% of the population lost more fat on a low-carb diet, 30% lost more on a low-fat diet, and the rest it didn't seem to matter.
Actuslly try it for a couple months. This means 70% calories from fat, 25% from protein and 5% carbs. Buy keto strips and pee on them everyday.
