I didn't have knee problems until I started squatting
Had knee problems from hockey. Squatting got rid of em.
Thanks squats.

Ran countless miles with a pack on my back.
Jumped outta a bunch of airplanes.
Constantly ran around with bodyarmor and other gear on.
Still do front squats and run long distance on asphalt.
I guess I am just lucky?

About a 3, but none of the injuries came from squatting.
I randomly dislocated a knee once, which took 3-6 months to heal. Shortly after fully healing, I did some sparring and a shithead decided to do a legsweep after catching my leg. However, he didn't hit my ankle, but my knee. Took another 9-12 months to heal.

Knees were fucked up for the last few weeks but got better. Then a full beer keg smashes into my knee at work today and I can't walk properly. fml
these threads are hilarious to me. i've been squatting for years and am probably old by /fit/ standards, yet every time i visit here there are a bunch of barely legal kiddos paranoid about their knees because they just now discovered DOMS

Anyone have the shitty mspaint version of this meme?
I've had Osgood-Schlatter for over a decade so pretty fucked. IIRC I think it's supposed to go away in under a year so I'm a standout case whoopee
