Couple of questions on fasted cardio.
I plan on running at about 0600hrs most days. This will be pre breakfast. Alternating between endurance, sprints, and hills.
Was wondering, is this safe to do? What are the benefits / drawbacks?
Come on lads I need to into Dibnah mode.

I'm guessing you're in the Army. Just take some BCAAs before it to minimize muscle loss and account for the extra calories you burn in your diet.

Eating before running is entirely up to you. I prefer eating breakfast after my run. It drives me to run harder for my meal. Just make sure you eat something in heavy carbohydrates the night before
so you have some reserves. Pasta and bagels are great for this.

Of course it's safe. There's no benefit beyond what makes you comfortable. I run fasted because I like it like that but I'm running for only an hour.
I love the monster hunger I get afterwards.

i would rather say keep doing 5x5 and add in some chin ups after every workout as well as some band pull aparts in between every push set and band/cable facepulls after every other workout.

Dibnah didn't do cardio you fag, he did SS (starting steeplejack).
Don't start with full industrial chimneys or you'll overtrain, maybe you can start by blowing up plant pots or something

Benefits/drawbacks are most likely memes so take it with a pinch of salt.
As to the safety I've never had any issues, in fact it helps me get distracted from the hunger. If you are uncertain just do it slow once or twice and see how you react to it.
