What's /fit/'s verdict on this manga? Solid /fit/ knowledge mixed with fanservice, or pure broscience?
Solid fap material
hate to be that guy but this belongs in /a/
sage desu
It has two delicious brown girls. What more do you need?

Little bit of broscience, but it's harmless enough.

I really like it.

only dickgirl manga is acceptable.
these trash don't even have bulges.
It's entertaining. It's got the basics of the lifts they're trying to teach down. If you've never lifted before, it's got some good information on lifting and diet. Some stuff is Japscience, but the good outweighs the bad.
I'd recommend it.
Best manga I've been introduced to by /fit/ since Masamune-kun's Revenge.

Considering how little comic artists ever know about lifting, it's amazing there isn't more broscience than there is.
I love to be this guy, but anime is for faggots. But if you really can't help yourself, keep it in /a/
I love japs, they always "do the research" for these kinds of manga. Like how Upotte! had all the gun autism correct. Of course there's a bit of broscience, but its still good.

Not actually good for form advice. Last edition promoted kipping i think and a few before that said to keep your head it (ie: NOT neutral) during squats

If that's the manga I'm thinking of, they have a small page where they teach how to perform each exercise and it's usually pretty bad. I think they drew the squat one with the weight of the bar being kept a solid 5 inches behind the heel. The bench press one said to exhale the second you begin to push on the lift.

Fitness advice is 8/10, fan service is 10/10, overall rating is 9.5/10 (I'm weighting more in favor of fan service).
