Is there any science on how nicotine in itself affects working out? I know about the effects of smoking but since I live in great Suedistan I have access to snus which doesn't do anything to your lungs etc. White too, which doesn't have the same shitty effects on your teeth/mouth hygiene.
I know from experience that the nicotine rush makes me more alert and slightly relaxes my muscles, but does it have any notable side-effects?
>lime
Can't really contribute other than that, never tried lifting with it. I know it acts as a diuretic for me though, which could make for some tight moments during squats. Also, I don't take it very often and the effect is rather strong when I do. I wouldn't work-out after one beer either and I drink much more than I snus.
I've noticed my heart rate gets a bit higher since I've started using snus. Otherwise nothing really. Nicotine withdrawals are a bitch though.

Lime strong is the best lol
Other than that yeah, I usually drink a sugarfree red bull or something similar with caffeine in it pre-workout and snus boosts both the caffeine rush and the laxative effect. Not really a problem if I just go for the bathroom before the workout; gives some time for the caffeine to really kick in on the pro side for me at least

Aye it's a vasoconstrictor which wouldn't be the greatest thing to add to a cardio workout I guess
>minor temporary boost in exchange for cancer and gum disease
gives me an extra rush and causes the caffeine in my body to process twice as fast so more for the gym and less afterwards to help me sleep. Its actually really healthy and gives me more euphoria than ec stack alone.

Vasoconstrictor, would assume it would make lifts worse as it will make less blood reach your muscles or at least slow down the blood
