Not even. It could be bone/muscle sensitivity to testosterone. you could have lower test than another guy but seem like you have more because your body reacts to test more.

Or it could just be unrelated to test. women with average female testosterone having a strong jawline or are easy gainers (relative to other females) simply get these features just because it's what their genes are made to do.
