So, /fit/ what's the absolute BEST source of carbs? Which have the best nutritional values? Is dietary fiber a meme? Should ketofags die?

Oats, potatoes, rice, bread? What do you prefer?

I'm the guy you replied to.
I have done keto to lose fat in the past.
It works well for fat loss I don't deny that.

But I sure as shit feel better when I am eating a healthy diet containing carbs.
I live a very active life though. I can imagine keto is easier for those who don't do much other than lift.
