Peanut Butter has 8g of protein per serving and whole wheat bread has 5g. replace Jam with Bananas for an extra 2g. You got 15g per sandwich. You can also reduce fat by using the powdered PB and double up on the serving for extra protein. Not as much as a 4oz of steak, but it's not horrible.
