You can have female soldiers that function properly, but you need to adapt kits and strategies. Where the physically fit male can use an assault rifle, a physically fit female should be issues a carbine or a lightweight modification of a weapon so as to match the battlefield functionality of your male soldiers.

It isn't sexist to say that. It's a life or death matter if you want to run a mixed infantry corp.
