I always warm up by running to the gym from my house,throat is dry,try to say the usual hello,start choking on saliva from rapid breathing,look like a retard teleport to locker room out of shame.

Another time,get in search for any employee to say hello,see everyone is talking so stay silent,hear a faint "G-good morning" from behind,make a weird half turn of body and say "y-You too".

Doing 60 kg cable curls,finish 1 set,cutie receptionist emerges from yoga room,between us is a small corridor only one can fit.Look at her like an autist stopped in my tracks thinking she will try to pass she doesn't and looks at me surprised, so i go first.
