So about 6 months ago, I had a nasty fever out of no where. High temperature, stiff neck, body aches etc.
It cleared up in about a week, but ever since then I have been incredibly tired all the time. I've stopped working out, and I am really feeling my life slip out from under me.
Any ideas whats wrong with me?

could be a Hypothyroidism issue, i had general fatigue, cold all the time, joint and muscle pain, generally fell like shit, ask for a thyroid functioning analisis. It could be also AIDS though, kek

I have this too but I've been checked by a doctor 3 times and I'm clear. Some days I'm okay though.

I've had similar. Been to the doctor multiple times and gotten bloodwork done and all that, everything comes back normal. Annoying as fuck. Doctor thinks it's depression. I'm not depressed about shit though, just pissed off that I feel sick all the time.

Check your cortisol levels. It could be Cushing's.
