So i failed my last rep on bench press and as i pulled it up to put the barbell back on the pins(was doing bench on the power rack) for my next set i felt a sharp pain on my right wrist. Went to the doctor the day after and he gave me some painkillers. It's been 2 weeks since then and i still feel pain on my right wrist. Anyone know what the problem could be? Going back to the doctor tomorrow.
If it helps i can do underhand pull ups with only the tiniest amount of pain but when i try doing overhand pullups(aka chinups) i immediately start feeling a lot of pain on my right wrist. I circled the area where the pain is.
Nigga you gonna die.

Best case scenario: soft tissue sprain, heals by itself in a couple of weeks
Bad case scenario: carpal bone ligament tear around os triquetrum/pisiforme, may take a long time to heal or need surgery.
Listen to your doctor anon, see a hand specialist if the pain doesn't go away
Banged my knee against the squat rack after I failed my 4th rep on mg third set. Split the skin open but thankfully the knee isn't cracked, etc. Have a leg workout this Thursday and, going out of town Friday so may just do the leg stuff the following week If I don't feel good by Thursday.
Any tips on my issue?
After squatting i got a stinging pain in my left leg three inches below the knee, it felt like snapping piano wire. The pain subsided after a second.
Could this be varicose veins or something?
how did you take that picture?

That area on my right wrist has always had a little pain when i exerted force on it since i was little, it just wasn't enough for me to care about it much since i only started lifting a year ago.

I injured my shoulder 4 years ago. Initially I thought it would be fine to push through it, but it got worse.
I've since been dealing with chronic shoulder/back/scapular pain. I think I have lax/hyperflexible joints and instability which leads to constant injury. I've had surgery + physical therapy on the shoulder and nothing has helped.
I recently got a deep tissue massage that really helped for a few weeks. but when I started doing rotator cuff exercises it returned very quickly. I think I'm going to try physical therapy once more. Hopefully getting some scapular stability will help.
Anybody else deal with chronic pain?

Possible tendonitis or carpal tunnel? However those are more of the underside of the wrist.
Regardless you need to REST the wrist until the pain goes away fully. Trust me you dont want a wrist injury for life.
Eat shitloads of sardines, drink heaps of water, take aspirin, ibuprofen and eat your veges. Sardines are extremely high in omega 3 and protein, cheap as fuck and wont give you arsenic poisoning like tuna will. Cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower is also good as it contains a chemical that removes estrogenes from us lads.

For those of you faggots who want a more palatable source of cabbage, buy sauerkraut or make your own with salt, some water and a jar

Gains be upon you
My knees, hips, wrists, elbows and shoulders are all fucked up
Feels bad men, and it's not due to lifting really heavy weights and it's not due to bad form, I just think my body isn't built to handle weightlifting
Maybe I'm like the 5'7 guy who dedicates his life to becoming a basketballer, I'm just not cut out for it

I had the exact same injury, same spot, same kind of pain and I got it from benchpressing as well. Don't be an idiot like I was and don't force it, it should heal itself in a couple of weeks.

I failed a squat at the bottom of the rep(leaned forward before letting safety catch the bar) and since then I've had pain in the front of my shins(runners splints?) this was 8 days ago and I've been foam rolling and stretching a bit but I dont feel like its getting any better.
Anyone had any experience with this?
