I use some old plates I picked up cheap in a bag for increasing weight
Invest in a resistance band for face pulls and band pull aparts as your rear delts are getting dick all work. Also rings are a great investment for thing like
>Ring curls, extensions, flies
>Front and back levers
>Pull up progressions-archer, uneven etc
>Dip progressions-L sit, archer dips, ring turned out etc
Rings are the best tool for upper body imo.

Sorta reverse push up.
Also if you can get like 2 milk jugs you could do rear delt flies with them. Rings are cheap as hell man, mine were 30 euro.
