also I checked some of these, the synopsis at least is consistent with the title of these research things.

Just fuck. I knew that there were more things than just b12, but you just went over and fucking got even more. Thanks you valiant anti vegan crusader. Into the pastebin for their continuous re-destruction it will go, as they will be coming here for the next few days, weeks maybe even, many times to preach their horrid gospel.

pretty much, the links are all valid, the quick look into them seems to confirm the general title that he has. They are all from the research site. Oh god, there pretty much is no refutation to this. I think in general, what I saw in the threads against vegans we already had a big chunk of the whole lore, but now it seems we didnt compared to him. This does paint a whole picture however. There is no way in hell these fags can recover now. Repost it in their dumb plant eating threads lol. Remove them.

macrobiotic is used in a couple of them. Which is a faggy, close form to veganism. It has the whole grains approach, as one should have, but too few meats. Just like the vegeterian faggots also have.

>Semen analysis of 66 unmarried medical students in the age group of 17-21 years was carried out. A higher liquefaction time pH, motility, lower sperm count and abnormal forms were observed compared to reported values. Liquefaction time, pH and sperm count was found significantly different in non-vegetarians and vegetarians, perhaps due to difference in their dietary proteins.

>This study reports the effect of a vegetarian diet and dexamethasone administration on the hormone status of healthy Caucasian men and premenopausal women. A lower nocturnal release of prolactin and testosterone occurred in men fed a vegetarian diet, while in women, dexamethasone administration decreased the nocturnal release of prolactin and caused a greater decrease of plasma dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). These results show that diet modification can induce hormonal changes, If similar changes occur in patients with breast and/or prostatic cancer, diet modification may be of benefit in these patients with tumors known to be hormonally dependent.

It is the position of the American Dietetic Association that appropriately planned vegetarian diets, including total vegetarian or vegan diets, are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. Well-planned vegetarian diets are appropriate for individuals during all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, and for athletes

Different guy but since you picked this one link out, I'll take the opportunity to show you how this paper is being misrepresented.

>Vegans have a worse memory compared to non vegans due to creatine deficiency

The paper is about vegetarians and there is no mention of creatine deficiency. The reason the poster assumed it was about creatine deficiency is because they didn't read the study and guessed that this is what it was about because he read

>in vegetarians rather than in those who consume meat, creatine supplementation resulted in better memory

Ignoring that the very next sentence is

>Irrespective of dietary style, the supplementation of creatine decreased the variability in the responses to a choice reaction-time task.

Now here's the full study

https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/22dd/5f9ef68e2816e27ab51c91130a8b81d58d5c.pdf

In the study, the vegetarians and meat eaters performed the same on memory tests, but after both groups supplemented creatine, the meat eaters performed worse for some reason while the vegetarians were about the same. There's no way to have not known that's what the paper was saying if you had at least glanced at the full study.

Despite this being pointed out many times, that paper still gets posted in this copypasta. Nearly every link in that post is either misread or hardly related to the claim posted with it. But that's what it takes to BEAT DA VEGANS
