Walking is the best cardio. When I was in high school, I would walk to school, walk home, and go for an evening walk every single day. Walks are relaxing and you can listen to music/dip/smoke cigarettes/get places. This will significantly help with cardio.
Of course, it wont get you good run times. I dont run every day or even every week, but as long as I walk every day my run times will never go down. I run 10ks up to twice a week, though these days its more like one. I also like to go up to the mountains on weekends and trail run for 5-6 hours. Its not training, its just a day out, and its great to meet girls. I does, however, significantly help with run times.

no dips, never even benched pressed..for chest i just do push ups, albeit a lot, and often with bands. So when I do chest though I might do 500 push ups through out the day.

As for pull ups/chin ups etc I do those, however with in reason because thats also getting into the grip sorta side of things, and my body is pretty fucked up from nerve damage so I can only do so many with out my hands giving out on me.

And ya i brought my camera down and i tried to tape myself but it was super awkward, and was not working well, I think id have to see if my brother maybe or someone else wants to tape me doing something. But really the problem is I dont do anything impressive. Trust me i would love to make money off youtube, i see people do click bait stuff all the time with much less. So I feel like I should try to sell myself to make some more money, but its just so cringy and hard to do.

Plus like I said before I wouldnt recommend really anyone work out like i do, only thing I recommend is finding the perspective that makes you work out and keeps you going. Other wise if you can lift heavy I think its probably better to do that.

ya I havnt changed much in the past year even 2 now. Ive said I wanted to gain a solid 5 pounds of muscle for a long time now. But given the health circumstances I just cant do it. I cant find any way, or perspective that allows me to push myself any harder than I already am, and if anything I want to work out less now. Again im not big so im sure if I was healthy I have a good amount more to gain but I just cant do it.

And really I just am between a 4 and a 6 pack mode most the time. Its just flexing and lighting. Of course normally I take pics when im 6 packish mode. But I usually just vary a few pounds and it eat pretty simple in general with just randomly cheating I guess.
