I was almost 230 pounds a year ago. I was dating a loser who had gained over 150 pounds in the two years we were dating (probably 375 pounds when I broke it off). I was disgusting. My blood pressure was prehypertension and I felt like shit. I was so fucking sick of the fat acceptance movement. Then I started coming here and watching my 600 pound life.

I was at 220 in January and now I am at 200. I've finally found a diet and exercise routine that works and I am not stopping until I get back to 170. Part of this is finally having a community to discuss this horrific epidemic of obesity without having to sugar coat (heh) it. It will fucking kill you and people don't want to hear it.

They specifically closed the fat people hate reddit because the major companies don't want people losing weight. It's bad for businesses like Coca-Cola, hostess, McDonalds, Ben and jerrys, etc. The obese people contribute to the muti-billion dollar shit food industry and they promote the fat acceptance movement because it makes them so much money.
