I usually run some all over my asshole. It feels refreshing and eliminates that deep musky smell. It's also tingles which lets me know it's working properly. 10/10 would recomend

I have never tried, but the wife drinks 2-3 tablespoons in 20oz bottle of water nightly. It helped bloating and she is not hungry until about lunch time the next day.

Supposed to be good for lots of things; ie - hair care, etc.

google it, basically you're gonna want to put tiny wads of toilet paper on the warts and hold them down with bandaid- reapply every like 8 hours and they'll scab over and fall off in about 3 days.
