Been lifting months now, started off doing starting strength and moved on a 4 day split.
Does it even look like I lift in clothing yet? (it's evident when the clothes are off)
Lifts are currently 220 pound bench, 440 pound deadlift and 315 x 12 back squat no belt or chalk
Just want some advice to help me to bulk up a bit. Eating around 3600-3800 calories a day
last bump would appreciate some advice,

Is that you? You look like utter shit and of course you look like you think a dumbell is a musical instrument.
No you dont. No back width, shitty forearms, no definition on your neck (indicative of leanness)

work forearms and traps more

ROFL!
Nice e-stats bro
Honestly who are you trying to impress? Nobody is gonna believe you especially when you post pics like that

bro I have been lifting consistently the entire time, no e-stats here at all brother

typical troll lol, what you got
Biggest things that make you look like you lift in clothing in order:
>Thick neck
>Thick forearms
>Thick back
>Thick shoulders
A skinny guy will get more 'you been workin out bro' if he trains his neck properly for a few months than a guy who has been lifting heavy for a few years.

Most steroid free people will never look huge in clothing unless the clothing is designed to accentuate their physique.

>lifting for months
>looks pic related
>220 bench, 440 diddly, 315x12 squat
>3.6k-3.8k cals
no... just no... this just doesn't add up

the "work your neck" meme is a surefire way to spot an autist
I wear gay ass slim fit t-shirts and I look like leaner Julian.

Oh... I didn't get the memo.
Yeah, workin' your neck is stupid and a waste of time ;)
Don't bother.

This guy speaks the truth. Neck is not a meme you retards. If your neck is thinner than your head, its time to start working it. Do it at home, its easy to do
I look like I lift in clothing, but without I am DYEL as fuck
