Heavy kettlebell swings are without a doubt the single most effective exercise for hard, continued thrusting. Heavy deadlifts, are you retarded? If so, then medium weight trap bar deadlifts for reps you fucking virgin. God damn I hate this board

Do the kettlebell swings between your squat and deadlift sets. Progressive overload happens through other means than increasing weight, you know
