Happens to the best of us. I almost quit lifting after switching from the local gym to my home gym, it gets so fucking boring doing the same basic lifts.

Sometimes you just gotta switch things up to keep things from becoming too stale, gyms with power racks and loads of fancy machines make that possible.

Get led lights anon. Last alot longer, saves you energy and you can easily get great lighting and adjust the "temperature" (coloring) from warm to cool lighting. Also, they won't create heat
