I do, anons' advice (be yourself) is only good for you, if you want ladies and other lads' respect you have to play the game, that is pretend. The key is to realize everyone's got value (or levels in videogames) we are all born with a preset value (how good looking, how much money we have and how well we interact in social situations) you have to do things that increase your value even if it's fake value.
As an example, regarding looks, I'm ok looking and slim and I'm charming irl but am broke af so I'm a 7.5-8.5/10. I dress well, practice higiene and workout to increase my looks-value. And regarding attitude (social-value) towards people or qts it depends on what kind of girl or social group you're trying to impress/fit in.
