this is 6'2" 190 at 8%, so extremely low bodyfat - certainly not small. 6'2" 180-190 at a moderate bodyfat percentage sounds just right for an upper otter / lower athletic physique at that height.

T. 6'3" 215 ~12% that would be around 185 at 10% if he lost all that water weight from conditioning at sub 10%
