Do you shower in the gym?
>>41909207
>250g of carbs
not making it
>>41909207
>all that protein
macros are obsolete you moron just eat 1g per lb bodyweight
>>41909394
do you know how i can tell you're less than a month into fitness?
>>41909454
your body barely absorbs that much with newbie gains let alone with a decent base of muscle, 1g is way too much.
~3500-4000kcal per day, ~2500 rest days
Don't count my macros, but probably ~65% carb, ~20% protein, ~15% fats

So what's the downsides of eating too much?
Gains wise, i should say
>>41909523
the only downside is protein farts and essentially wasting nutrients
>tfw only make sure I reach calorie and protein goals
>Don't even take into account carbs and fat
How important are those when working out and trying to gain to not be a skelly?
>>41909207
3500ish calories per day, on bulk
65% carb
20% protein
15% fat
>>41909638
Really isn't that important. Carbs and fat are both an energy source. Just get the calories in, it'll depend on what foods you're eating.
>>41909207
1410 kcal
68g Fat
46g Carb
148g Protein
>>41909638
Not that important but try to eat foods high in unsaturated fats for heart health.
2250 cal (15% under TDEE)
170 protein
80 fat
200 carbs
I just blew all my carbs 40 minutes into the day on a huge bowl of special k chocolate delight.
>>41909523
1g/lb is fine, but try to get down to 0.82g/lb
It matters more when you are on a cut than on a bulk. As you dont have much room for calories and need a certain amount of fat and a certain amount of complex carbs

> Don't count my macros
you should start, its easier than you think with myfitnesspal app. I scan in barcodes and say whether Im using half a packet or 100g or whatever.
