What's a good about workout for a beginner? I saw something online but I'm not sure if it's good:
Sit ups
Leg Raises
Lying leg raise + crunch
Knee Ins
Toe touchers
I was thinking of doing 3 sets of how many reps I can do for each exercise
Bump?
Deadlift.
Best ab workout is low bf%
Do large compound lifts
Cardio
Diet

Ab workouts are the oldest meme. You can't target them specifically and it all comes down to just diet

I'm trying to strengthen my abdomen. That just sounds like loosing body fat. I'm already doing cardio, already dieting, rn I'm bulking

Ab wheel makes my core super sore I can only do 1 ab wheel rotation every 3 days the DIMS gets so bad

Weighted sit ups on a decline. Do not mindlessly rep these out. Use the movement to establish a connection with the various rectus groups that layer around your anterior midline.
If you can do proper, controlled leg rises, then those are great. If not, work your way up to them. There is no need to do multiple sets of different movements for the same muscle group: Do either leg raises, either knee raises l, or either whatever else.
Obliques are part of your core. You will look odd and frail if you have larger abdominal muscles without obliques that match. Do woodchoppers or whatever.
Get to the point where you can do dragon flags properly, and you'll be a in a good place.
Lying leg raise (if you can't lying knee to chests)
Crunches
Russian twist
Planks
Planks and flutter kicks. Also deadlifts.

i heard leg lifts dont do shit for your abs they use your hip flexors

Look up leg raise progression. It builds very strong core strength.

Stomach cock slaps.
Really gets the lower pack.
Only ones I haven't got used to and kill my abs during motion are planks and ab rollers (I use dumbbell instead of the wheel). Anything that stabilizes your core works your abs. But as a beginner start with the ones you can do. I remember when I started I couldn't do 5 leg raises, now I do 50 while regaining my energy and tolerance to pain for the planks

Why wouldn't someone always do the complete one only?
