Is this a good routine?
>>41907691
Why?
If you're new to lifting then it is good. Don't listen to any other faggot tell you it isn't. I was a noob to lifting and did Grayskull and was satisfied with the games I got. It involves compound movements and that's all you need.
>>41907684
is this or 5/3/1 better
>>41907716
What games did you get?
>>41907716
Man Google Speech to Text sucks ass

>>41907684

Borrowing thread. How long should one do a beginner routine for before hopping on an intermediate one? I've done gslp for 2+ months now. Each lift is still progressing like 2.5kg per week so I think I'm still fine and I am weak as shit anyway
>>41908146
Until you hit a plateau
ye
>>41907684
Yeah it's fine. The only thing I would change is swap the hammer curls for skullcrushers unless you have noticeably weak forearms.
>>41907684
two problems with this routine
not enough direct tricep work
no direct trap work
>>41907716
What were your lifts when you stopped?
>>41908146
If you can add weight to the bar every workout, why the fuck would you want to change what you're doing?
>>41911126
Because I can't add weight every workout. Cant you read?
>>41908146
Assuming you're dieting and resting well, >>41908154
>>41911116
What exercises can you add to support those muscles?
>>41907684
Never do AMRAP. If you fail your 8th rep the entire set is useless.
>>41915309
Why?
>>41907684
Yes
>>41907722
5/3/1 is an late intermediate routine, OP's pic is a beginner routine
>>41915309
that routine is a variant of GSLP and its more bb oriented sothe final amrap set would work, but I personally would sheer away from 1 rep to failure
