6'1 about 158lbs.

Left was mid April, right is today. Lifts have increased, weight has increased a little, fat has increased a little. I ate at maintainace for ages and never saw any real progress, been eating 2800cal per day for the last week to see what that does. Calculated TDEE is 3100 per day lifting x3 per week, aerobic cardio x2 per week, HIIT x2 per week must be horseshit since I'm not losing weight and have never consistently eaten more than I have in this last week.

I want to at least maintain my endurance, and in fact what I actually do is kind of a bare minimum since I've got an injury that seems long term. I know that it might well slow down weight and strength gains but so long as I'm still making some measure of those gains I'll take it. I'm going to see where I am in after a year. I know it seems like that and it certainly is discouraging sometimes but more and more often I see changes and proof of the progress. In Feb I was 295lbs and that fat was thick. Now I'm 255lbs and my belly fat feels so deflated, loose and I've built muscle under the fat.
