No, very bad quality and pointless to do. Now that the streams have ended, you can simple use youtube-dl to download the video in your chosen format and resolution (if available, that is). From there you edit it in an editing program, like ffmpeg.

A moderate amount of low-intensity cardio will only be good for you.

High intensity cardio (sprints, intervals, etc.) can be used to improve conditioning and burn fat, if you don't do a buttload of it.

They look alright, but I would suggest two changes:

First, SLOW YOUR PAUSES DOWN, and slow down in between pauses, around 1/10th the speed you're doing here. Just slow down in general. these should never be fast reps. the point is to spend time in the difficult positions so you feel what's wrong. (this will make it alot harder, drop weight if you need to. I recommend starting with 30-40% of 1RM, or less if you're very unskilled)

Second, you're pausing at sort of arbitrary spots. I suggest pausing immediately off the floor (weights hovering at about 1-5 cm off of the ground), and the second pause I think is open to more interpretation, but I pause just before the knee usually.

The idea was to pause just above the ground and then again at the knee, at the patellar tendon. But it was a bit hard to time the first pause, too heavy to pull slow enough I guess, so the first pause was probably a bit high. Thanks, Norse, appreciate it.

I have two friends that are 6'3" and well all have the same reach. My torso/shoulders is wider than both of them, so I pretty sure that by default means my overall wingspan is bigger than them too.
If I can get the weight 2 inches off my chest I'm home free, but bench is the bane of my existence.

Assuming that you don't do PL and you do track as your main sport, pretty sure there are some 5/3/1 programs and maybe even some juggernaut programming that has plyo in it. Heavy focus on quads (don't forget to balance your legs out overall though, so you don't get tendonitis and stuff), don't get too fat.

Bodypart splits are really only applicable to bodybuilding. It's generally not practical to put heavy, powerlifting-style movements into more than four days.

For example, an Arnold split will have shoulders and arms the day after chest and back, but bench uses a lot of triceps for powerlifters, so that leaves you doing triceps two days in a row, twice per week. Not good.

This basically mandates that you put chest, back, and triceps on the same day. PPL is the closest you'll get to a good split with that, but that leaves you doing back work a day off of squats and deadlifts, or doing deadlifts a day off of squats, and you have the same problem that the Arnold split had with triceps.

Upper/lower, one day per lift (effectively upper/lower) or three full body days is the most you're going to get.

You could add a day for strongman conditioning stuff, if you're not doing too much. Farmer's walks, yokes, sled drags, stuff like that. So I guess that's five days.

There was this deadlift-monkey at my gym with no muscle on him that "could pull 190". He told another guy if he wanted to deadlift high numbers he had to train deadlift with 130kg for 5x5 every time he went to the gym for a month and then he would be able to lift 185 at least. Funny thing was he couldn't do it himself. He loaded up the bar, strapped up (with mixed grip) and catbacked the bar to his knees where he somehow managed to drop the bar after being stuck for about 5 seconds. Hey guys, programming question here.
I've done c6w for two cycles. Made the max progress on squat and deadlift, almost no progress on bench.
I feel that this program isn't optimal, that I could progress faster on a less advanced program.
Would the powerlifting to win intermediate program suit my needs? Does anyone have good experience with it?
