I can only take sips of water during or an hour before my workout, otherwise I feel bloated af.

I don't understand how guys down like a gallon of water during their workouts.

Uhhh, you realize all drinks are like 90% water right? you probably are dehydrated in general, and when your body gets water it pulls it into your muscles because most of the water in your body is tied into the glycogen storage in your body. consume less carbs or less sodium. also drinking more water consistently will make you hold less water
