I've failed to be consistent with my cut and it's biting my ass right now cause it's already summer. I went from 172 down to 162, back up to 170, now back down to 166, all while barely making any gains on OHP and Bench, and even completely stalling on Squats and Deadlifts.

I've been consistent for a week now and I AM going to stay consistent now. My bullshit discipline and love-handles are pissing me off.
