its an icelandic dairy product. Its actually a cheese but texture of yoghurt
17g of protons per 120g or something. and low cals. its delicious and in iceland its quite cheap. In the UK you can buy alot of shit that pretends to be Skyr but pic related is the only brand that is actual skyr and not "sky style yoghurt" (full of sugar and other shit that real skyr does not have)
