Fucked my shit up on Tuesday, so I took off Wednesday and Thursday. I want to go back today

If it doesn't hurt then go ahead and try, but be very careful about warming up and testing mobility. Also avoid benching if you have the typical shoulder problem, or any other lift that is likely to make your particular issue worse. Remember, you want to test the extent of the injury and slowly ease back in, not make it ten times worse.
