What is /fit/'s opinion on multivitamins?
I use it as a safety net in case I'm missing things in my diet, it doesn't replace proper nutrition though.
Also, zinc makes me cum buckets.

Your body doesn't really want to absorb all that shit at once. A lot of vitamins are also not very bioavailable. Get the Kirkland Multi and take half twice a day with a big meal

What does this actually mean? It's always thrown around, but it just seems like saying "this is completely useless but take it anyway."
As far as I can see, you're either getting nutrients from it or you're not, I don't get how it can be like "ey, let me round off that 90% on your vitty C, I got you covered friend" one day but then "you got like no vitty C, fuck you, I'll take the waterslide straight out yo dick" the next.
good if you live in a 3rd world country and are extremely malnourished
