/Fit/ I'm starting a new job next week - it's Mon- Fri 0830-1730. My gym is 24/7 planing on working out early morning to avoid crowds -

Am workout bros what's you strategy? Do you eat before working out?

If so how long do you wait before training?

IF, I don't eat before 12-1pm
Training on an empty stomach is fine, just sip some coffee on your way to the gym, optionnal BCAA.
In my case, I need to wait at least an hour and half to be safe, and even then, heavy squats or deads, or intense core workout bring me to the verge of puking.
